【櫻井啓一郎氏のご経歴】
1971年生まれ。
2001年3月京都大学大学院工学研究科電子物性工学専攻博士後期課程修了、博士号取得。日本学術振興会特別研究員、独ハーンマイトナー研究所客員研究員、米国立再生可能エネルギー研究所客員研究員等を経て現在、産業技術総合研究所 太陽光発電工学研究センター 主任研究員。
これまでの主な研究歴は、II-VI族発光デバイス材料製膜、CIGS太陽電池など。現在は、主に太陽光発電設備の信頼性向上、再生可能エネルギーの普及施策の研究に取り組んでいる。著書に「トコトンやさしい太陽電池の本 第２版」「波に乗れ にっぽんの太陽電池」「太陽と風のエネルギー」等。

[Brief Curriculum Vitae of the Guest Speaker]
Dr. Kei-ichiro SAKURAI is a senior researcher working at Research Center for Photovoltaic Technologies, National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (RCPVT AIST). He is a specialist on deployment policies of renewables, and currently works on quality assurance of photovoltaic systems. Have also expertised on CIGS solar cells.
During his over 12 years of career in the PV and renewables field, he have worked in AIST, Hahn-Meitner Institut (HMI, Germany), National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL, USA).
Have written a number of books (in Japanese) on PV and renewables deployment.
